What we are, and what we are not

Jyotish is a traditional interpretive discipline. A reading is guidance, not a prediction of fact, and not professional advice. Nothing said in a consultation, and nothing on this website, is a substitute for advice from a doctor, lawyer, accountant or licensed financial adviser, and it must not be used in place of one. Decisions you take after a reading remain entirely your own.

We make no guarantee of any outcome — from a reading, a pooja, or a gemstone. Anyone promising you a guaranteed result in this field is not being straight with you.

Booking and accuracy of your details

A chart is only as good as the birth details it is cast from. You are responsible for the accuracy of the date, time and place you give us. Where a birth time is uncertain, say so — we will tell you what the chart can and cannot support rather than guessing.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees on the consultations, pooja and gemstone pages, and are payable in full before the session. Payment is taken through Razorpay or by UPI. Gemstone prices are indicative and depend on the weight, origin and clarity of the individual stone; the exact quote follows once a stone matching your prescription has been sourced, and you are free to decline it.

Rescheduling, cancellation and refunds

Conduct

Rajiv may decline or end a consultation, with a full refund, where a request falls outside what he practises or where a session becomes abusive. He does not do death predictions, and he will not read a third party's chart without their knowledge.

Your content

Palm photographs and birth details you send remain yours. You give us permission to use them only to prepare and deliver your reading — never for marketing, and never publicly.

This website

The text, chart calculations, illustrations and code on this site belong to Astroveda Healing. The free tools are provided as they are; the astronomy behind them is computed from standard published methods and is accurate to within the tolerances described on the FAQ page, but we do not warrant the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Delhi have jurisdiction.
