Who we are

Astroveda Healing is the astrology practice of Rajiv Bharadwaj, based in Delhi, India. For anything in this policy, write to consult@astrovedahealing.com.

What we collect

• Nothing at all if you only use the free kundli and guna milan tools. Those calculations run entirely inside your browser. The birth details you type are never sent to us and never leave your device.
• When you book a consultation: your name, email address, phone number, preferred language, date, time and place of birth, and whatever you tell us you would like read. These are the details a chart cannot be cast without.
• For a palm sitting: photographs of your hands, if you choose to upload them rather than attend in person.
• For a pooja: your name, gotra and sankalp intention, and a delivery address for prasad.
• Payment records: the amount, a reference number, and Razorpay's payment ID. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN, or bank credentials — those go directly to Razorpay and never touch this website.

Where it is kept

Bookings are written to a private Google Sheet that only Rajiv can open. Uploaded palm photographs are stored in a private Google Drive folder. Payment records live in the Razorpay dashboard. We do not sell, rent or share any of it, and we do not use it for advertising.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Your theme choice (light or dark) and any unsent booking are kept in your own browser's local storage so the page remembers them — that data stays on your device and is never transmitted to us. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and the payment window is loaded from Razorpay; both will see your IP address as part of serving those requests.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for as long as needed to run the practice and meet Indian tax and accounting requirements. Palm photographs are deleted on request at any time, and you do not need to give a reason.

Your rights

Email us and we will tell you exactly what we hold about you, correct anything wrong, or delete it. There is no form and no fee. Deletion requests are honoured within 30 days, except where a record must be retained for tax purposes — in which case we will say so plainly.

Children

Consultations are for adults. Where a chart is cast for a child, we deal only with a parent or guardian.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the date above changes and anyone with a booking in progress is told by email.
