Consultations

• Cancel more than 24 hours before your slot — full refund, no questions asked, no reason needed.
• Cancel within 24 hours — the fee is held as credit against any session within the next six months rather than refunded. The time was reserved for you and could not be given to anyone else.
• Rescheduling is free at any point up to the start of the session, and does not count as a cancellation.
• If Rajiv cancels or cannot attend — you choose: a full refund, or a rescheduled sitting at a time that suits you.
• If the call fails at our end and the session cannot be completed, it is rescheduled at no cost or refunded in full.

Poojas

A pooja can be cancelled for a full refund up to 48 hours before the fixed muhurat. After that, samagri has been bought and pandits committed, so the amount is not refundable — though the sankalp can be transferred to a later date once, at no charge. If the pooja is not performed for any reason on our side, you are refunded in full.

Gemstones

Because each stone is sourced and mounted to your individual prescription, gemstone orders can be cancelled for a full refund until the stone is sourced and you have approved the final quote. After that:

• A stone that arrives damaged, or not matching its certificate, is replaced or refunded in full — tell us within 7 days of delivery.
• Return shipping on a faulty or wrongly supplied stone is paid by us.
• We do not accept returns on a correctly supplied, certified stone that you have simply changed your mind about, as it has been cut, mounted and energised for you.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back by the same route you paid — card, UPI or netbanking — and normally reach you within 5 to 7 working days once approved, depending on your bank. We do not pay refunds in cash or to a different account.

How to ask

Email consult@astrovedahealing.com with your booking reference. You do not need to justify a cancellation made in good time. We aim to answer within two working days.
